This really is not a big deal... I've been where I am now for almost six years. I'm not someone whose very passionate with what I'm doing (but I'm not slacking big time, fyi!). I dunno if it's because the time or with what I'm doing (routinary?!). But given this new responsibility, train newbies, I found out that I'm doing something essential. Kinda mushy?! Hahaha! Then must be a big deal after all. Ola!
