Immortals -- I soo want the KAPA!
12:08 PMThe antagonist, a mad king, seeking a weapon to free the Titans from their prison and unleash destruction on the world; The protagonist, a peasant, trained by the gods to champion their cause and save the day.
I'm not a fan of greek mythology. Stories about mortals being the champions of the gods and fighting impossible odds to save the world from doom, is not that interesting for me. (pang intellectual lang yan eh?! nyahaha). I condemn movies with gross-bloody-morbid story line and most of all you'll never ever see me watching any thriller or horror flick movies (chick... chick.. chicken! chick.. chick.. chicken!)
Due to series of not sooo unfortunate events but ended to an unfortunate event (hannngguullooo?!) I was tagged by a friend to watch a movie with her friends. Leaving me with no choice, I decided to join. After meeting them in the cinema lobby, we bought the movie tickets!
What can I say?!?! "WE ARE SOOOO WATCHING IMMORTALS! YES! IMMORTALS! IMMORTALS! WOOOOHHOOOO!" What on earth is Immortals?! Storyline please?! This may sound lousy other than Imortal by Lia and Matteo (kung jologs kayo, alam nyo na yan?! LOL), Immortals doesn't mean anything to me. (sabe ng friend ko ang corny ko raw! nyaahhaa!)
My Verdict.
Half uhmmm change it 3/4 of the movie I was like a kid covering her eyes as if the monster under the bed will attack any moment. This is one helluva morbid movie! I just can't take it! However as I've said I didn't have a choice! LOL Though I'm not expecting anything about the movie I did found it entertaining, uhmm more than entertaining, fantastic if I may say.The fight scenes are awesome. (clap! clap!clap!). I think my friend's friend is right.. BE OPEN-MINDED! (but i can still close my eyes inside the cinema right?! LOL)
Regarding the "KAPA" there is a scene when the gods and goddesses, pretended to be mortal and with just 360 degree turn, a cape will appear and viola DYOSA ka na! nyahaha! So i really want the KAPA! Crazy?! IKR!
