Brave

10:32 PM

The much awaited film of our little princess Ten-Ten... Brave! About two or three months ago the movie was previewed in the tube, ever since then whenever I go home during weekends she won't stop pestering me about the girl with the red hair.

"Tati Nood tayo brave? Nood tayo brave! Nood tayo brave! Please!"

And.. and.. and.. She doesn't take NO for an answer. Especially when her backer was her lolo and lola,  tsss! They're always like that... plotting against my back. Uuurrggghhh! Yeeeaaahh What can a softie like me (LOL) can do.. I said YES.

Set in the highlands of Scotland, Merida defies tradition and her parents when she publicly displayed her displeasure in her impending betrothal. She did so by besting her suitors in an archery competition for her hand as was done in the olden days.
Following an awful disagreement with her mother, the Queen Elinor, Merida makes an ill-fated wish with a forest witch. Soon Merida finds that the consequences of her wish would lead to a disastrous consequences. It might cause a rift in the kingdom and wors of all, irreparable damage to their family.
Merida finds herself battling to reverse the effects of her wish and in the end, Merida learns a hard lesson in life which might also be the salvation of her family.
We headed to cinema earlier this afternoon, not knowing that there will be a celebrity mall show, and dude lem'me tell you, the mall was uberly-packed. Needless to say we had a hard time going up to the cinema which was on the second floor since the people on the activity area are blocking the escalator, so no one can literally go up. We brave the crowd, my dad carrying the princess while I lead the way, facing the raging crowd.. because of uhhmmmm Coco Martin (well he's cute! Choosssyy me! charmoist) and my mom holding my dad on the other end. A lot of excuse me was thrown and some discrete elbows as well, hehehe! (parang basketball lang!) Luckily about 10minutes before the movie starts, we got ourselves standing  infront of the ticket booth. They're now using this smart card, it's like MRT card, where you have a terminal and slip it and then all you have to do is push the little steel so you can enter. You know what I mean, ayt?! hehehe! I dunno how you call it, for that let's name it... -THE KEME- chosss!

Before experiencing the smart card and the keme thing, (again you already know that I'm a popcorn movie goer type, sometimes I ponder, Am i going to the cinema because of the movie or the popcorn?! 60-40 Let's give it up for the... POPCORN!!!) me and boo ten-ten bought our faburittttoooo, uhmmm popcorn with the biggie soda! All set for the brave, we marched down to Cinema one and took the best seat.

Boo Ten-Ten was engrossed to the movie that she seated just at the edge of her seat, all eyes, errr I mean her big eyes, on the screen once in awhile she'll look at us and ask "Ano sabe daw mama?". And then for any humor inserted in the movie you'll hear her laughung at the top of her lungs, regardless if she's the only one laughing. Dyahe pero she's cute like that. hehehe! For my mom and dad, based on how they look ten-ten, those smile whenever Ten-Ten have questions is a give away on how they feel on our movie date. Their grand daughter happiness is theirs as well! Spoiled apo!... and my hapiness too! Spoiled pamangkin! Indeed! Chosss! Calling her mother, beware and prepare! hehehe! Amishhooo Ate Apple! See you next year!

This is it pansit!
