"May the odds be ever in your favor!"

The long awaited movie. Months before you can see mee searching onlie, most of the time in tumblr (follow me puhhlleeaasseee www.thepulpyorange.tumblr.com) for movie clippings, pictures, interviews etc. As you know I already blogged 'bout the book so I'm really excited on the big screen version. The long wait is over... What's my verdict?!



I expected it to be more gory, blood everywhere and full of action stunts. The kilig scene in the cave was cut short. They drop some characters that I thought was very essential. The last match between Katniss and Cato run differently in my mind. Cato's death wasn't that good just like how it was narrated in the book.

But... But... the movie was actually good. Hehehe! I didn't expect much that they'll cover everyhting in the book. That doesn't really happen. So glad that I've read the book and you must actually read it to appreciate it more. Anyhow I believe that Katniss and Peeta was well portrayed by the artist. I'm now counting the days for the sequel...
