Reflection is the movie soundtrack of animated movie Mulan. It popularized the legend of a girl who took her father's place in the army. Mulan is a woman not caught up on how she looks. She follows her heart and wants to do right things to others.


However this entry is not about the legend girl but a fun-filled time with my crazy friends and how "Reflection" turned into a unwholesome song after a night. 


It all started when i saw a post from a friend saying that she's back in Manila, it was just 2 months ago when she toured me around Singapore, I add a comment on her post and then my phone rang after a few minutes. Ecstatically she informed that she got engaged and she came home to fix all the needed documents for their wedding. I said, congratulations and she requested for a bridal shower. 

I've attended to one but this is my first time to organize such thing and I'm thankful that circle of friends were all excited about this not only to finish this bridal shower but to let the bride, who is a dear friend to all of us, enjoy her last night as a free bird... or i think i should make that flower.... free flower?! hehehe!




Meet the blushing bride, (thanks to her blush on) my cursing buddy, Simone! Finding or meeting his better half gone through a long bumpy way so I'm really happy for her when she found the one. The best advise that I got from this friend is pray for the one, not the one that I want for myself but the one that He, BRO, destined for me.  Smooth, ayt?! iba ka talaga Simone! Hehehe!


Anyway lem'me share with you how we organize this small party to a very lovable friend...




We first picked the theme of the party which as you can see is the Playboy Bunny. Why?! Uhmmm... Long story but that is significant to the bride and the groom and it's a bit private. So think whatever you want, go ahead, enjoy! LOL  


Photo Wall... Crepe Paper, Bunny Print out and the name of the celebrant.... with some help of scissor and double sided tape.... waacching! PHOTO WALL, check!




Bunny Dangling Eme... to show some more theme in the room we come up with this paper dangling bunny. Crepe paper, cardboard and bunny print out will do the trick.


Bunny headban... we printed some bunny ears, took a regular headban and attached those cute colorful bunny ears.


We rented a room at Citadel Inn Makati, a condominium hotel with rooms equipped with complete dining and kitchen facilities although it's old and not well maintained but it's okay. We paid for an overnight stay that cost us 2200php.




So afternoon of the bridal shower, we do a quick grocery for our pica-pica foodies. We decided to just buy sandwich, chips, soda and H2O and some friends bought a roasted chicken too. So party food is all set!




In every bridal shower, there are naughty games with it! Our first game is a clay game where you have to mold a thingy. Whoever got the closest to the real thing gets a price and the bride choose the winner here. Take a look on our two finalist...

Huggie Bear bagged the title of the Best THE WANG Molder. Hehehe! For our next game, Condom blowing contest. The biggest blown condom for a certain given time will take the crown of the Best Condom Blow Job.... Hahaha!
