Just one ordinary day… or not?! It was not an ordinary office day, we have a special event and everyone was so excited and busy at the same time. Some doing the cheering paraphernalia :) , while others are busy with their dansuy practice (dance!) and for another set of others (where I belong) are busy assisting hotel guests over the phone, the group left to do the work. Little did I know aside from being excited to watch the first ever company beauty pageant (where my close friend was one of the candidates with special participation of my three tight gayest friends BACRO) an announcement will make me jump 360 degrees up in the air. After having my lunch, most probably my “baon” then was maling which is my favorite not only because it’s tasty but because it’s the only dish I can cook aside from all fried foods (me as a master fried chef :b), back to my seat and started taking calls from the land down and under and people from the land of sheep. Just when I started to sell our hotels, the people from higher management which includes our Operating Manager, Master Coach and Team Managers huddled at the other side of the bay where I am seated. “Guys! Today, we will announce the winner of our Race to Singapore Contest” Rewind—Rewind—Rewind Several months ago, although I’m not sure, around February or March, we welcomed the Director of Sales of one of our hotel in Singapore. She had a brief presentation of our four hotels in lah land. Later on she announced that she coordinated to all hotels in SG to sponsor a Trip to Singapore for one agent, covering plane ticket for one, and overnight accommodation at each hotels (which we have four) with full buffet breakfast for two at their onsite restaurant.  Back to where I stopped… “Guys! Today, we will announce the winner of our Race to Singapore Contest” Most of us stood up and yelled. I quickly logged out and run towards the people who will announce the winner. Unfortunately, I was spotted by one of the managers abandoning my post, poor me, i turned back and return to my seat. uuurrrgggh! Hearing my colleagues screaming and cheering, I can't help myself but do the right thing. I stood up, and slowly went behind my officemate where i can't be easily seen :b (Right blocking pala!). The winning moment OM : and now for the grand prize winner... A 5 days trip to Singapore, staying at all IHG hotels including full buffet breakfast at hotel's onsite restaurant. The winner is.... MasterCoach : give us some clue! clue! clue! ME : **whispering** ako yan.. ako yan.. ako yan.. **fingers cross** OM : clue?! uhmmm.. i dont know her, but anyway clue.. IT'S A FRUIT! Everyone turned their head to me, then all i can remember is that I'm jumping 360 degrees up in the air, and everything was blurry. Chosss! They took some pictures while all my muscles are shaking. During APE, I asked the doctor the reason me being shaky whenever I'm tense or in uneasy situtation, it was all about me being hyper and something about my blood... hyper?! ako?! Anyway, uncontrollable facial muscles shudder but still I strike a pose for those camera. until they asked for my passport number...
