He sees u when Ur sLeepiNg, He knows When Ur awaKe.. CreePY SantA
7:25 AMTwo of most waited holiday of all times each year. I don't know why but no question asks its mine too.
Three days before Bro's day, on my way to St. Paul, (geared with my thick jacket and my ear stuck with headphones tuned to magic), three of most silly and hilarious disc jock ever, engaged with Santa's existence.
"Do you believe that Santa exists? When did you stop believing about his existence and why? Questions childish like that kept me busy all through out my travel. (patulan ba daw?!)
I never did believe in Santa Claus ever since. I don't know maybe because geographically wise, winter doesn't take place in a tropical country so fire place is not really necessary, so how on Earth can he drop my gift, through our house water way?! Ummmft… And I never have seen a reindeer as well, except in books, pictures and boob tube. It's like a mythical creature for me! Hehehe! And it's never been a traditional thing in the house for socks and Christmas tree with gifts. What I believe was, Santa Claus lives in other person like my ninong and ninang, and gifts is not in a beautifully wrapped paper with ribbon but in a small red Chinese envelope in the form of money. So opening gifts after midnight is not really a big deal, the catch for staying up that late is the yummy and mouth watering foodies. ahaha!
On the 24th December, everybody was busy preparing foodies for Noche Buena while I face my laffie for a serious talk. Cooking is not my cup of coffee (prefer coffee than tea ^_^), so I focused and gave my full attention to FB, then an "ACHOO!" coming from my mobile filled the air (that's my alert tone). It was a message from friends asking to meet, even for few hours before Christmas hit the town. It was a sudden plan and things abrupt like that, can't escape the flashes for documentation. I'm not really vain or cam whore compared to them but stuff like get together and special events, it's always a must to take pictures, only problem is everything to me is special. There's always extraordinary to an ordinary day! Ahehe!
After two hours of chatting and updating each one of her life, its time to welcome Bro's birth with family. Now our tradition, since we just live beside the Carmelite Monastery, we attend a night mass before the day itself, then eat Noche Buena together with the whole clan. We just live in the same block so house distance is really not an issue. That was really fun, spending one truly blessed with love ones, they grew a lot, and I'm like soo little! waaahh.. They really huge huh! Goodnight sleep. After few doze hours that's it, gift/money giving and again nonstop eating and my forte, numerous clicks for photo collection.
It wasn't the best Christmas if I may say, but just seeing how happy my niece is, everything is okay!
Christmas is for kids and for kids at heart din, like me.
