Holiday Inn Atrium Singapore is part of Intercontinental Hotels Group chain and offers the Holiday Inn brand of service. The hotel is situated at 317 Outram Road (pronounced as ut-Ram by the locals). The property is centrally located in Singapore and about one km away from MRT. The bus stop is right outside and there are good number of taxis available. Since it is not located near an MRT station,although i did not use the shuttle, the hotel makes up for that by offering a complimentary shuttle bus service to the Orchard shopping district and the surrounding area. I am delighted to experience the hotel not only that they meet my standard, their services and facilities exceeds my expectation as well.








I was left in awe when I entered the hotel, with a big Christmas tree for my welcome treat and having this spacious and large lobby but still feeling “cozy” (PHOTO OPS! PHOTO OPS!), all i want is to start clicking my digicam.

The staff could not have been any more helpful or efficient. The service here was awesome. I arrived at the hotel from the airport at 1100 AM and although checkin wasn't scheduled before 2 pm, they were very courteous and informed me that the room would be ready IMMEDIATELY. Yaaaay!

You'll find the Lobby Lounge at the other end which is open 1000am till 100am daily where you have a live entertainment by resident band.



After presenting my passport and and signing my check in paper, Valen (very nice Front Desk man) handed me my electronic key card which serves as access to the guest rooms elevators, guest room, swimming pool and gymnasium and activates the electrical power in the room as well.

Time to check my room!!!


Oooohhh and by the way their elevator is so classy!

The hotel do have a business centre that offers services such as typing, faxing, photocopying and printing. It is located near the hotel front desk with three computer units and most importantly computer usage is totally free! :D




They also have Guest Laundromat located on Level 6, provides coin-operated washing machines, detergent dispensers and dryers Coins in local currency are needed to activate these machines. A laundry and dry cleaning service is also avialiable.

And for body buff, Fitness Centre is located next to swimming pool, the gym features a choice selection of exercise equipment like thread mill, and other stuff i'm not familiar with since i'm not a gym addict. bow!




Swimming Pool on Level Six -- Opens 6am till 9pm! It's 6 feet deep till 7,(IM NOT SURE!HEHEHE!) and they don't have a life guard but the body buff would be your knight in shining armour if ever, because the gym is facing the pool(so there's no way for any suicidal attempts, LOL). To drown or not to drown?! So swim at your own risk! Body Buff, Help! I'm drowning! hehehe!

The food I ate at the hotel was yummy and plentiful, I loved the buffet breakfast.







I would recommend the Holiday Inn Atrium to any visitor to Singapore and am sure they will be treated as honoured guests and made to feel extremely welcome.
